I had a boss a few years back that received a green shirt from his mother-in-law. First of all, it was green (his words not mine lol). As a joke, he wore it to work one day and it was really, really out of date style-wise and not in a good way. But the funniest part had to be when the green transferred from the shirt to his neck after just a few hours. I have a feeling that the mother-in-law didn’t follow the tips below all too closely lol…
So, if you are going to pay good money for an item of clothing, first check the color. It has to work with the rest of your wardrobe. Now take a really good look at the fabric. How well is the piece put together? Now try it on and see how it fits and take your time with this one. Now lastly, check the price.
That just might save you from “green shirt disasters” in the future. :)
