An Alternative to Shopping

This might sound strange being promoted by someone who likes to shop, but there is something to this. I have a friend that bought her two children every new toy that hit the shelves. She thought that this would make her a good mother, but from what I could see, those two had no imagination. Hand them an empty box to play with and they wouldn’t know what to do with it.
Britt on the other hand built a lot of her own toys when she was little. I still have the guitar that she built when she was four.
Give that child some nails, some scraps of wood and a hammer and she could create anything lol… And I still have the recording of her singing Patio Lanterns by Kim Mitchell.
She is going to kill me for this lol…
