Confessions of a Jewelry Junkie
“I have fallen in love at first sight many times. With jewelry. My pulse quickens, my palms get sweaty, my heart pounds. I’m starry-eyed, swayed by delicate jingling crystals, a sexy slender chain, a fiery sparkle. I have to have it. And once the deal is sealed, the treasure in the bag, I never look back. I’m walking on air.”
Does this sound at all familiar? Have to admit that this is how I feel when I walk into a mall. At least the young lady above simply has a thing for jewelry. For me, it’s anything that catches my eye in the entire mall! I just can’t leave before I have found something that is an amazing buy. The trick is to make it work for you. I have a list of things that I need, not necessarily want, and I spend the day looking for those items. It feels so good when you find the perfect item and it’s on sale. Okay, my wants make the list on a regular basis too!
