Holiday Shopping Tips
When you are in a store that is featuring a sale, be sure that you really read the fine print. At least read how the sale works. I can’t go into too much detail here because Britt will probably be reading this sometime today, but a few days ago, one particular store was featuring a sale on all of their gift items. You pay regular price for one and the second, you get for half price. Well, I certainly had to take advantage of that promotion, but in my excitement, I ignored the fact that it is the lesser item that the 50% will be subtracted from. This ended up costing me a lot more than I expected. But it was my own fault. I should have paid more attention. My only excuse, I simply was in the spirit of the day and was having fun.
On the positive side, Britt is going to love these two items. Don’t you just love Christmas shopping? But, be sure that you are paying attention. It’s really easy to get caught up in the excitement and then it can cost you big time!!
