Well, if Nick can do it, why can’t I? Okay, I’m going to have to stay here for a few more years, but to sell it for 5x what we paid for it, now that would be a nice piece of cash. And, I would be wanting all of those selling points. Who can live without an olympic sized swimming pool, a private cinema, a wine cellar and a games room. I think that that would do the three of us quite nicely. Oh, I think that Britt might want tennis courts too. Yes, I’m adding tennis courts to the list!
