Who needs fancy exercise equipment?
Have you tried skipping lately? I can remember doing it by the hour when I was a kid… okay not by the hour, but at least the length of a recess at school and it didn’t leave me breathless. I’m just wondering what kind of shape I would be in if I could use this as a form of exercise in my basement. The minute I kick this flu bug, I’m going to start out skipping a couple of minutes and then work my way up.
