How To Buy Cast Iron Cookware
My grandmother had one cast iron frying pan that she used for everything… even baking cakes, so obviously, I wanted one too. But I wanted a large griddle, not just a frying pan. So, I went looking to see if there was anything I should know about cast iron cookware and sure enough, you can make a lot of mistakes if you don’t know what you are looking for. Take a little advice and do your homework. If you are going to spend big bucks, you are going to want the best.
