Before You Buy Running Shoes
Any athlete knows the importance of finding the right shoes. With so many running shoes available to consumers it can be confusing to know exactly what to look for when researching shoes.
*I know that I really don’t know what to look for. I simply look for something that appeals to me and hopefully, feels good. That’s pretty much it for me. Looks as if I need to learn a little about the next pair of runners I buy.
*What do you look for when you buy running shoes?? To be honest… I have to like the color. Is that sad or what??
