Spotlight on Marc Jacobs
I was thumbing through the latest issue of Lucky and noticed an ad for a gorgeous dress from the Marc Jacobs collection. I thought that I would google the man to find out what I could find… along with some of my favorites. Those items above immediately caught my eye.
Did you know that this fabulous designer was dismissed from Perry Ellis because he designed a “grunge” collection.
I always find it kind of embarrassing, kind of funny, and kind of exciting. In New York I’m recognized a lot, although nobody says anything. You know, they stare at you just a second too long. But in Paris it’s not as commonplace to be recognized.

its hard to believe that Mr Jacobs could be fired from anything for he is a genius of fabulous proportions. I am in love with these boots Marc Jacobs boots.
