The Most Expensive Home in America
Anyone want to trade up a few thousand square feet… like maybe 44,000 square feet?? And that would be just for you and your family. If you have guests coming for a visit, you will have a 16,000 square foot cottage for them to occupy! The asking price is 75 million and apparently, the owner isn’t prepared to budge even though the property has been on the market for a few years now!Stop for just a minute and think about what you could do with 44,000 square feet… Hmmm, for the three of us, that would mean that each of us would have close to 15,000 square feet each! At the moment, I’m thinking about the kind of office I could have. And how about a proper library for all of my books?
