Fashion victims queue for carrier bags
Apparently shoppers in Britain were lining up in the wee hours of the morning to buy a cotton bag from Sainsbury’s to carry their bits and pieces. I am sort of sitting on the fence with this one. I whole heartedly agree that we have to find a way to replace plastic bags, but I’m pretty sure that I wouldn’t line up in the middle of the night to buy one. Call me lazy, but I would rather be in bed. I would more likely look into it the next time I went grocery shopping.
The thing is… these bags have become very trendy since Keira Knightley and Lily Allen were spotted carrying them.
