We have salmon at our house a lot more than I like, but what can you do when darling daughter and husband both love the stuff? And then there’s the thing about just how good salmon is for you… Anyway, if I can make the stuff taste better, I’m going to go for it. The cedar planks impart a bold, smoky flavor to fresh fish, meat and vegetables and that has to be a good thing… right?? And they are a lot cheaper than I expected them to be… only $12.99 on sale at Macy*s.
And didn’t I read somewhere that salmon is supposed to do amazing things for your skin??
