The Next Betsey Johnson Could Be You!!
I never would have thought of this, but it just might be of interest to those of you who are looking to sign up for a night course at your local high school. Apparently, there are some schools that are adding courses in making your own handbags. Who knows, you just might become the next Betsey Johnson. Okay, that handbag up there looks a bit complicated, but she had to start somewhere now didn’t she!!
My first attempt at making my own handbag started out with a place mat that you basically folded into a clutch and then sewed. Actually, it looked pretty good if I do say so myself. No one ever guessed that it had started out as a place mat. So, there are easy places to start! ;)
