Perfect Pushup Bars
I never know what to get my husband for Christmas and this just might be a good idea and that way I get to try them out too. I don’t know if there is any reason why women can’t use them… if it makes it easier for guys to do push-ups, then maybe it would make it easier for us too. All I know is that I want to do a little work and I like the fact that more muscles are targeted and there is less stress on the joints. And if it doesn’t work for me… well, they were for my husband anyway. ;)

Those are cool! I think I’d like to try them, but with a shirt on, since I am woman (hear me roar) and not as buff as Mr. Model Man.
Cool site. . . hope you’ll visit my gift-giving site. It’s not quite as advanced as yours, but it’s all I got.

Hey, those are super cool!
BTW, thanks for visiting my blog the other day! I can’t figure out for the life of me how to make a comment on a post that has 0 comments. I tried and tried the other day and I couldn’t make the place where you comment appear. But if someone already comments, I can comment. It’s bizarre and I’m feeling totally computer un-savy!

How exactly do these things work? What about just putting hands on the floor? Well, I can’t even do like 5 pushups without collapsing, so I’ll try anything!

I think that the way your hands grip the handles must help. I don’t think that my wrists are strong enough yet to do proper push-ups.
