Tuesday’s Four Pick
I just finished my workout with the balance ball. I have had the ball for some time now, but it wasn’t until I picked up an instructional video, did I know what to do with it. REALLY KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT!! As I sit her typing, I’m still puffing. And that was just the first 2o minutes and I would imagine that it is the simplest routine that they feature, but I will get used to this one and then move on. Trust me… I’m not ready for anything more. My legs feel like jelly as it is. But I highly recommend it. I’m even sitting straighter, thanks to the instructions. See, I am learning all ready. I really do like to slouch!! Sound familiar??
Note… this kit doesn’t come with the pump… luckily I already had one, but it does come with all of the accessories listed below. I’m impressed and I’ve used it twice since the weekend! That should tell you something right. This is coming from someone who hates to exercise, but wants her daughter’s waistline. This just might do it!

Okay, I’m hot and sweaty after that workout and I would so love a Margarita right about now. If I get that waistline that I’m so determined to get, I just might treat myself.
